If an order has been placed, you only have 1 hour to contact us at info@trendygadgetclub.com after that, the order starts fulfillment and can no longer be changed

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information. Alternatively, you can download the shop app for iOS or Android to receive your shipping updates.

We currently offer free shipping in the USA and Canada when you purchase over $100 USD or $100 CAD. International shipping is also available based on a flat fee based on the location.

If your product is broken or defective, please contact our customer support team at info@trendygadgetclub.com within 15 days of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the damaged product and your order details. Once verified, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. No return is required. Refunds may take 3-20 days, depending on your payment method.
